This week I finally began building my Model aircraft in the magnificent workshop you built for me.
I just wanted to write to you to thank you for such a super building. It looks grate and manages to difficult trick of standing comfortably alongside a 17th Century, Grade 2 listed thatched cottage in a conservation area. All my Teffont neighbours have praised and admired it.
In practical use it is equally successful. The inside temperature has stayed dead steady at 22C all through the coldest winter for 30 years with just one Dimplex heater and a heated towel rail. The relative humidity is equally steady at 28%.

In the forty or so years that we have owned houses we have had a number of builders carry out extensions on our property. We expect some mess and disruption and, if the firm is good, not too many problems on the way. And we will always be the unexpected to deal with.
Last year we employed R & C Developments to carry out alterations to the interior of the house while adding an extension to the front. Unlike previous experiences, there were few problems. What we were told was going to happen actually happened. We were always kept informed of progress and what the next steps would be. And we were always consulted when there was tricky decisions to be made. When we needed the builders to be flexible, they always obliged. We were very pleased with the way the whole operation was handled and are absolutely delighted with the outcome - as out visitors to the house also say.
The reason for our satisfaction is that Phil Dunell co-ordinated all the tradesmen in a masterly manner. Every day at least one person was working on the property. Materials arrived when needed and work progressed much as planned. And, without exception, everyone who worked for us was thoroughly professional and ease to have in our house. We missed them when it was all over.
